Tasks

-Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control -Manage rent collection and delinquencies -Build positive resident relationships and boost retention -Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy -Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents -Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices -Lead, coach, and support your onsite team

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent (required) -Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws -Strong leadership and organizational skills -Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software) -2+ years of multifamily property management experience (preferred) -Budgeting and financial reporting experience -120 hours PTO in years 2–4 -Experience managing a team of 4+ employees -Drug screening (THC not tested)
