-Establish and refine quality standards aligned with industry best practices. -Review and ensure accuracy and safety of the design of high voltage transmission lines using PLS-CADD. -Spearhead the development and implementation of quality control procedures. -Mentor engineers with varying levels of experience in applying QA/QC principles and maintaining technical excellence. -Oversee design reviews and validation procedures. -Champion QA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality engineering outputs. -Interface with project managers to align quality goals with schedule and budget.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology -Mastery in working with PLS CADD. -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams. -Strategic and detail-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows. -Forward-thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration. -10+ years of transmission engineering experience -Valid Driver’s License is required. -Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations. -Expert in the analysis of transmission structures.
