Tasks

-Operate a Front-End Loader / FEL -Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency -Carry out stocktaking of raw materials and other stocks. -Maintain the yard. -Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements -Organising and liaising with allocations regarding raw material deliveries -Work with dispatch and drivers to achieve efficient starting, finishing, and meal & rest times for drivers. -Operating the plant

-Have reliable transport and Australian Driver’s License (P platers accepted) -Enjoy a varied role and travelling between sites. -Physically able to complete manual labour where required -Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning and troubleshooting -Mechanical knowledge will be highly regarded -Works well with a small team -Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure -Eagerness to learn about all details relating to concrete plant operation and plant maintenance
