The Role

Overview

Manage SAP transactions, office services, reception and vendor coordination.

Tasks

-Coordinate external vendor and maintenance support at relevant offices as directed by senior manager. -Process FedEx packages. -Answering and directing phone calls. -Provide reception services at reception desk including: -Process SAP transactions for department. -Ensure appropriate office supply inventory levels, monitoring, restocking and reordering. -Process incoming and outgoing mail in addition to special mailings. -Accept deliveries to the office. -Coordinate entry of work orders for maintenance services at relevant offices -Enforces anti-pass back policy. -Welcome and direct all visitors. -Deliver packages and mail. -Updates employee profiles in access control system. -Work with AP department to process payments and resolves payment issues -Issuing security badges. -Ensure coffee machines and all other kitchen equipment on a minimum weekly basis are cleaned thoroughly and in good working condition -Ensure daily communal areas, including kitchens, conference rooms and break rooms, are well-stocked and maintained.

What You Bring

-Strong competency with SAP system -Excellent organization skills and attention to detail -Strong written and oral communication skills -Experience processing payments -High school diploma required -Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects -Notary Public certification highly desirable
