Tasks

This is more than a project role — it’s an opportunity to influence strategy, culture, and design direction while positioning yourself for a future Principal-level role. You’ll lead projects, mentor emerging talent, and help define the vision of a studio recognized for its design excellence and collaborative spirit. -Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality design and documentation. -Collaborate closely with firm leadership to guide the growth and culture of the Richmond office. -Lead Design Excellence Building (DEB) projects across Virginia with a balance of design innovation, technical expertise, and strong client engagement. -Foster a culture of mentorship, creativity, and accountability within the team. -Strengthen client relationships in Higher Education, Science & Technology, and other institutional sectors.
