-Support the sales team by assisting with appointments and customer interactions when needed. -Communicate proactively with Installers to keep everyone aligned and equipped. -Lead, coach, and develop the Installation Team to reach peak performance. -Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and outstanding customer service. -Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality and resolve issues promptly. -Manage daily installation schedules, ensuring jobs are staffed and completed efficiently. -Facilitate Installer training, certification, and ongoing development.
