What You Bring

-High school or equivalent -Basic knowledge of all crafts -Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction -Eight (8) to ten (10) years of technical training and/or related experience -Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy -Highly developed leadership and mentor skills -Preferred Turner Leadership Training -Advanced knowledge of key crafts onsite, i.e., mechanical skills, soft skills, planning and safety
