Tasks

-Assist in the development and implementation of the training/skills management module within the L2L software system -Assist the Facilities Management team with identification and categorization of plant assets -Develop training and work instruction material for users of the L2L system -Assist in the development and implementation of the factory maintenance dispatch process within the L2L software system -Define key training requirements and competencies for the different production work teams within the shop -Support factory Lean/5s projects and initiatives

What You Bring

-Experience with custom software systems -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) -Ability to facilitate groups and teams -Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree. -You have experience with developing processes and/or software applications -Requirement of 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
