Tasks

-Lead construction teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments. -Implement robust safety management systems, ensuring a culture of safety across all projects. -Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization. -Mentor and develop the construction and operations teams, providing training and growth opportunities. -Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment. -Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and additional costs. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to support long-term business development. -Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction processes and increase operational efficiency. -Monitor project financial performance, analyzing and reporting inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. -Identify and implement industry best practices to improve project delivery, safety, and quality performance. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders at the site, ensuring transparency and regular communication on project status. -Ensure projects are completed safely on time, within scope, and budget. -Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. -Manage project budgets and production ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

What You Bring

-Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, and cost control. -Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects (Power plants, manufacturing facilities, refineries, etc.). -Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and operational excellence. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite. -Strong knowledge of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. -Strong construction management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. -Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial construction, with 7+ years’ experience in a Superintendent role.
