Tasks

-Maintain the Compliance Dashboard to support reporting to the Senior Leadership Group. -Collate and manage data to support insurance claims and data protection requests, ensuring accurate and timely responses. -Assist with the review and updating of policies and procedures in collaboration with policy owners. -Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting papers. -Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive and wider leadership team. -Support the delivery of the internal audit programme, risk management framework, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. -Provide administrative support to the Governance & Assurance Team.

What You Bring

-A-Levels or equivalent qualifications desirable but not essential. -Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. -An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. -Minimum of GCSEs (A–C / 4-9) in English and Maths. -Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
