Operate waste/recycle plant equipment and manage site operations at SUEZ

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Managing traffic, such as guiding tipping vehicles. -Operating mobile and fixed plant, including cleaning and maintenance of equipment. -Ensure that SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties, in respect of the health, safety and welfare of its employees and of other people who may be affected by his/her actions or omissions. -Co-operating directly with customers and members of the public, providing excellent customer service. -Co-operating with SUEZ and with other employees in order to comply with site permits, all applicable legislation and SUEZ Policies and Procedures. -Operate the weighbridge and accurately record the weight and other specified details of vehicles both entering and leaving the site. -You'll have the opportunity to undertake personal development to obtain skills for waste acceptance, maintenance of site equipment, infrastructure and operation of site machinery.

What You Bring

-Operational experience and current licence for a Loading shovel licence is required. -Great communication and customer service skills -Prior waste / recycling or similar process environment highly advantageous -Excellent understanding and approach to health & safety
