Tasks

-Interface with vendors and technology partners for digital tools and systems. -Lead digital transformation efforts for offshore oil & gas projects in alignment with company strategy. -Monitor KPIs and performance of digital systems post-implementation. -Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with industry regulations. -Manage digital project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning. -Develop and implement digital solutions such as digital twin, predictive analytics, AI/ML, and remote monitoring systems. -Work closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and digital integration. -Prepare and present reports, technical documents, and digital roadmaps to senior management. -Mentor junior engineers and support change management initiatives.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Computer, or related field). -Proven experience in digitalization, smart plant technologies, digital twins, or related fields. -Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 15926, IEC 62443, NIST). -Strong knowledge of offshore operations, engineering processes, and project lifecycle. -15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in offshore project environments. -Hands-on experience with platforms like AVEVA, AspenTech, PI System, or similar.
