Oversee subcontractor outreach, bid packaging, and proposal evaluation.
Prepare and present detailed estimates and preconstruction reports to clients and project executives.
Lead all aspects of preconstruction, including conceptual estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
Support the transition from preconstruction to operations, ensuring a seamless project handoff.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to evaluate design options and develop cost-effective solutions.

We are currently seeking a skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our growing construction team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will take ownership of the preconstruction process from concept to project start, working closely with clients, design partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are accurately budgeted, well-planned, and positioned for success.

Proficiency with construction software and estimating tools is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Strong background in construction estimating, budgeting, and planning.
Ability to lead multiple projects in different stages of design and development.
