The Office Associate will perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing communications, supporting office administration, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The role requires collaboration with team members and excellent multitasking abilities to support the needs of the company. -Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new tools -Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling and organizational management -Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members -Ability to travel/run errands as needed -Basic Accounting knowledge and experience handling financial records or transactions -Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive approach to responsibilities -Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills
