Tasks

As the regional lead, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical direction, guiding project delivery, mentoring teams, and strengthening long-term partnerships across Texas municipalities. This role offers the platform to lead large-scale water infrastructure programs while shaping the next generation of engineering talent. -Provide executive oversight for the planning, design, and management of water, wastewater, and reuse infrastructure projects. -Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation. -Oversee project financials, schedule performance, and quality assurance from concept through construction. -Lead business development efforts and manage a portfolio of projects with revenues exceeding $3M per year, ensuring financial health and operational excellence. -Cultivate and expand trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.

If you’re an accomplished engineering leader looking to elevate your career and your community, we’d love to connect. -Ideally familiarity with Texas municipal infrastructure systems, regulations, and funding environments. -Demonstrated success in team leadership, business development, and operational management. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. -Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas. -10+ years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater/reuse design and project delivery.
