  • Utilizes technical expertise, administers and coordinates health, safety, and security (“HSS”) initiatives across construction and operational areas in the United States.
  • Manages internal and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Reports and analyzes near misses, security, and site injuries/illnesses to HSS leadership; actively supports incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Actively supports the SI US emergency response program by overseeing the Crisis Command Centers in Houston and San Diego; maintaining the Emergency Operations Manuals in each location.
  • Provides strategic guidance to leadership on HSS matters and emerging risks.
  • Designs, implements, and maintains comprehensive HSS programs, including monitoring program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with company requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conducts safety assessments to identify and mitigate unsafe acts or conditions in the workplaces. Implement control measures to ensure safe and healthy work environment.
  • Supports the annual emergency response drills/exercises across the Gulf Coast assets and projects.

  • 10+ years of experience in Applicable Health, Safety, and Security related experience Required
  • Possess the ability to provide administrative support to various levels of management. Advanced
