Tasks

In this role, you’ll apply your top-tier strategy consulting experience to support the development and analysis of Stockland’s group and business unit strategies. You’ll evaluate key strategic opportunities across our diverse real estate portfolio, contributing to high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our business. Leveraging your commercial acumen and sector knowledge, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare compelling presentations and written materials that communicate strategic and commercial insights to senior leadership and the Board.

What You Bring

This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine a passion for real estate investment with a strong strategy consulting background—applying analytical rigour and commercial insight to high-impact initiatives. You’ll work across the business, engage with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping Stockland’s long-term direction. Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start date. -Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities -Strong financial acumen, including modelling and quantitative analysis -Excellent presentation writing and delivery skills -Ideally 2–3 years’ experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (essential) -Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. commerce, finance, engineering, or property-related disciplines) -You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex problems -You’re curious, analytical, and commercially minded -You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing to high-impact work
