Tasks

As Business Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing finance, HR, and procurement at the cluster level, covering 3 glass recycling sites and a platform, with around 70 staff and a total revenue of £43M. The role reports to the Operations Director and involves working in partnership with the cluster's commercial and operational teams. In this key position you act as a strategic business partner towards the commercial and operational directors and acting as a real enabler towards the business making a tangible impact on our organization. As a financial expert, you lead the full finance organization and manage the human resources and transactional procurement team.

What You Bring

You must be a clear communicator, able to communicate (financial) information effectively. You must have a strong generalist financial profile with extensive and in-depth knowledge across the full scope of financial related fields. -Experience as an Administrative and Financial Manager in SMEs or in a UK subsidiary of an international group -Fluent English and right to work in the UK -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree preferred -Solid background in management control within an industrial/production context -Experience with SAP or other ERPs, with strong adaptability skills
