Adept at building channel ecosystems, forging institutional relationships with IPCs and CRE advisory firms, and driving aggressive revenue growth through disciplined sales governance. -Certifications in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing (preferred). -Market Intelligence: Competitive analysis, CRM-driven forecasting, GTM refinement. -Demonstrated success in multi-city enterprise deal closures and channel leverage. -MBA or equivalent in Business / Real Estate / Marketing.
