The Role

Overview

Draft drainage asset drawings using AutoCAD/MicroStation for rail infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Create site layout drawings showing pipe connectivity, invert levels, and defects. -Maintain drawing standards and naming conventions aligned with project protocols. -Produce and update drainage asset drawings using AutoCAD. -Interpret CCTV survey footage and manhole card data to map drainage networks. -Collaborate with engineers and survey teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

What You Bring

-AutoCAD – 2D drafting, layer management, block creation and annotation. -MicroStation – Familiarity with Bentley Workflows and file formats. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to read and interpret topographical survey data. -General IT literacy in Microsoft Office. -Use of MicroStation for client-specific requirements. -Basic understanding of drainage infrastructure, including manholes, catchpits, and invert levels.
