The Role
Overview
Manage sprinkler service team, oversee scheduling, budgeting, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks
-Supervise, train, and develop all branch associates, including technicians, service coordinators, billing coordinators, and dispatchers. -Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles. -Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs. -Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed. -Responsible for manpower planning and allocation. -Responsible for delivering projects within the original budgeted cost. -Works closely with the sales and installation teams to support the growth and profitability of the Division. -Responsible to ensure all employees embrace our safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives. -Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to execute plans, programs, and processes designed to meet or exceed goals and maximize market potential. -Manage the sprinkler service department of assigned Division. -Responsible for control and calibration of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment. -Responsible for developing a budget and meeting revenue and gross margin targets. -Responsible in part for customer satisfaction and cash collections. -Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives. -Responsible for executing service inspections on time and resolution of system deficiencies.

What You Bring
-Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of individuals, including company leadership, regional staff, customers, and vendors. -Ability to attract, develop, grow, and retain a team. -Two to five years of experience in a sprinkler service operations manager role within the fire detection, fire protection, or security environment. -Strong, positive team builder with leadership ability. -Strong computer skills; proficient at Microsoft Office. -Knowledge of current fire alarm, clean agent/special hazard fire suppression, or security systems. -Ability to understand the technical aspects of the product lines and applications as necessary to make informed management decisions. -Strong understanding of Profit and Loss statements and key financial drivers. -Proficient in NFPA codes and standards. -Valid driver’s license. -NICET Level II preferred. -Able to work independently. -Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. -Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. -Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
