-Developing relationships and cross promotion opportunities by partnering with local businesses in the communities we serve. -Maintaining a positive relationship with your team, residents, vendors, and community -Maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation through consistent and professional communication. -Planning memorable experiences by curating and executing unique resident events. -Advocating the HILLS lifestyle by showcasing expertise in product and promotion. -Utilizing various software platforms for resident relations and operations. -Building and nurturing a prospect pipeline through personalized communication. -Enhancing our digital community by generating engagement and utilizing trends on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. -Representing the HILLS brand through a sleek professional look.

What You Bring

-Possess great attention to detail -Excellent communication skills – verbal and in writing -Understanding and responsibility for applications, leases and related processes. -Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the customer service field, sales, or property management -Must be great with people, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor both in person and on the phone -Good computer skills and be able to navigate software
