Manage MEP operations, maintenance and team for residential premises

Tasks

-Liaise with facility managers, housekeeping, and security for smooth operations. -Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedule. -Maintain proper logs of operations, breakdowns, and consumptions (electricity, water, diesel, etc.). -Ensure all MEP systems comply with safety, environmental, and statutory norms. -Record breakdown analysis and corrective actions. -Maintain records for DG, Lift, Fire Pump, and STP operations for audit purposes. -Verify maintenance work quality and adherence to standards. -Conduct periodic safety checks for fire systems and emergency equipment. -Support facility audits and technical inspections. -Prepare daily shift reports and update maintenance registers/logs. -Monitor and maintain all MEP systems, including: -Supervise and guide the team of electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. -Coordinate with residents and management for resolving technical complaints. -Attend to breakdown complaints and ensure quick rectification. -Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for service support when required. -Ensure zero downtime of critical equipment through timely action. -Participate in energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
