Tasks
day-to-day support to employees and managers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and positive employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and general HR operations. This role provides hands-on, Work Environment: This role is typically performed in an office setting, with occasional travel to attend events, meet with clients, or collaborate with other departments. -Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and employee data integrity. -Support the Director with reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. -Coordinate COBRA notifications and administration with third-party providers. -Coordinate recruitment logistics including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation. -Support process improvement initiatives related to recruitment, benefits, or compliance. -Manage offboarding activities: process terminations, conduct exit logistics, collect equipment, and employee inquiries. -Respond to employee and manager inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed. -Administer day-to-day employee benefits transactions: enrollments, qualifying life event, and and employee inquiries. -Ensure accurate benefits data in HRIS and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

What You Bring
-2–4 years of HR or People Operations experience, education, or an equivalent combination that demonstrates knowledge of core HR practices. -Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service mindset. -Frequently remaining in a stationary position, including standing or sitting for prolonged periods. -Working knowledge of HR processes, benefits, and employment practices. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS Platforms (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar). -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
