Tasks

-Support field office operations and transition to the project site trailer when mobilized. -Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore and other construction management software. -Provide administrative and document control support to the project team. -Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate office. -Assist in developing and implementing systems and procedures to support project operations. -Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure documentation compliance. -Contribute to the long-term development of administrative processes for future projects.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and communication skills. -Comfortable working in a field office environment. -Experience working with a General Contractor, steel erector, concrete subcontractor, or small local GC. -Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. -2+ years of experience in a construction-related administrative or coordinator role. -Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
