Tasks

The Electrical Service Manager will lead the daily operations of the service department, overseeing technicians, scheduling, estimating, and customer relations. This individual will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing service calls, quoting work, coordinating manpower, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.
