As part of the engineering leadership team, lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of the engineering function
To lead a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers

Development of long term, Multi-Generational Technology Plans
Research, technology and new product development, for a specific set of ILI platform, including:
Management of geographically dispersed teams
To ensure the ongoing reliable performance of existing products and services, including:
Managing the allocation of sustaining engineering resources to best meet business needs

Experienced in influencing and gaining solutions in a cross-functional / matrix environment
Pipeline integrity engineering and management
Degree qualified in Engineering, Science, or relevant STEM discipline
