-Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox -Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner -Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed -Attending meetings and note taking -Keeping the office tidy and presentable always -Ordering stationery and supplies when needed -Producing reports and presentations
