Tasks

To ensure the effective implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes across all production and inspection stages. The role is responsible for verifying product compliance with standards, resolving non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems and practices. -Maintain documentation for NCRs, CAPAs, and quality alerts. -Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives and best practices. -Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. -Review inspection records, test reports, and certificates for completeness and accuracy. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Prepare quality reports for internal and external stakeholders. -Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Ensure proper maintenance of QA/QC documentation in line with audit requirements. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements: -Assist in process capability studies and risk assessments. -Implement QA procedures to ensure products meet internal and external quality standards. -Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. -Investigate quality-related non-conformities and initiate root cause analysis. -Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Identify quality issues and recommend technical solutions to prevent recurrence. -Analyze production data and quality trends to identify areas for improvement. -Monitor compliance with ISO and customer-specific quality requirements throughout production processes. -Perform and supervise in-process and final inspections to ensure product conformity. -Contribute to management reviews and quality meetings with accurate data inputs.
