The Role

Admin support for marine, workshop, sales & management—scheduling, invoicing, compliance.

Tasks
This role will Support administrative and non-technical operations across Marine, Workshop, Industrial, Parts, Sales and Marketing, and Management teams. Ensuring coordination of key account administration, operational scheduling, and commercial processes whilst maintaining compliance with customer contract requirements and internal quality standards. -Schedule routine maintenance and emergency visits, coordinate engineer resources. -Process engineer timesheets, expenses, and allowances for approval. -Produce KPI reports and customer management information in accordance with contract requirements and agreed timescales. -Manage inbound enquiries, mailbox triage, and phone reception. -Follow administrative SOPs for quoting, ordering, invoicing, returns, and document control. -Maintain training matrices and ensure engineers hold current certifications for customer site access. -Follow administrative SOPs established by Administration Manager for quoting, ordering, invoicing, returns, and document control. -Prepare and produce accurate invoices, quotations, and service reports within agreed timescales. -Monitor work-in-progress weekly to meet delivery commitments and maintain vehicle coordination and documentation.
