We’re opening the door for experienced sales and recruitment professionals to launch their international career through an exciting transition program. You’ll start your journey remotely or in one of our U.K. offices for 12 to 18 months, learning the company, culture, and market. Once fully trained, you’ll relocate to join one of our high-performing sales or recruitment teams.
- Bring staffing and/or business development experience—Energy sector experience is a plus.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible – Willing to work U.S. hours while based in the U.K. during the transition.
- Business savvy – Proven success in delivering high-end results and building client relationships.
- Be eligible to work in the U.K. during your initial employment period.
- Experienced – Minimum of 4+ years in recruitment, sales, or business development.
- Be able to work independently and prioritize time effectively.
- Be comfortable working flexible hours to align with U.S. operations.
- Sector forward - Have experience in one of our major sectors; O&G, Energy, Power and/or Renewables, and Mining.
