Tasks

As the BICSc Training Manager / Technical Skills Training Manager at Nviro you will have responsibility for the overall management of Nviro’s technical skills training programme. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of first-class technical skills training, ensuring that our diverse and multicultural service delivery colleagues are trained to the highest standards in safety, quality, customer service and efficiency. The area: You will be overseeing and delivering technical cleaning skills training across sites in the South East of England (mainly London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight). You will design, manage and deliver a comprehensive technical training framework while ensuring accurate training records and robust reporting data is easily accessible, accurate and up to date and support Nviro’s Service Management teams in the identification of site specific and employee specific training needs. You will play a key role in building internal training capability by supporting the Heads of Service with ensuring the business has sufficient in-house technical skills trainers and a robust refresher Technical Skills training programme that maintains high standards across the business. You will report into the Head of Projects – Service and Innovation.

What You Bring

Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt training delivery to suit diverse audiences and learning needs? Do you have sound experience as a BICSc Training Manager, for a contract cleaning company, or are you a BICSc assessor with hands-on cleaning industry experience, and looking for your next challenge? Are you an L&D / training professional or a Service Manager, Contract Manager or Account Manager in the Cleaning Industry, looking for a different role? To be successful in this role you will need strong organisational, communication, relationship, and technical cleaning skills.
