Tasks

-Complete technical data evaluation and write reports; -Perform task, project, and client management under the guidance of senior technical experts; -Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and partners to plan and execute work on a variety of environmental investigation and remediation projects; -Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. -Conduct project scoping and budgeting and manage project budget and schedule; -Apply technical expertise gained in your field of study to environmental project problem solving to meet client needs and project objectives; -Manage project teams that can include junior field staff, writing and editing staff, technical subject matter experts, and subcontractors to meet project needs;

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, or related engineering discipline; (required) -Relevant coursework or experience in contaminant fate and transport. -At least 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required) -Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required) -Ability to work on teams and interface with clients, attorneys, and regulators to execute projects. -Strong quantitative and analytical skills. -Master’s degree in environmental engineering, or related engineering discipline; (preferred) -Clear and professional writing and verbal communication skills. -Excellent client management skills. -Candidates must currently hold and maintain valid U.S. work authorization. New H-1B visa lottery and employment based green card sponsorship are not available for this position. -Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification (required) or Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) (preferred) -Knowledge of state and federal cleanup laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance for cleanup of contaminated sites.

-Minimum Salary: $89,605/year / Maximum Salary: $116,485/year (Bellingham) -Minimum Salary: $85,340/year / Maximum Salary: $110,940/year (Wenatchee, Yakima) -Minimum Salary: $93,875/year / Maximum Salary: $122,040/year (Bainbridge Island, Seattle)
