Lead design delivery and manage multidisciplinary teams for building projects in Abu Dhabi.

Tasks

-Support pre-contract and post-contract phases, including technical evaluations and tender documentation. -Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and government entities. -Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., ADM, ADWEA). -Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes. -Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality, timely outputs. -Lead and manage the design process across building and property projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

-PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. -Strong understanding of local authority processes and permitting requirements. -Minimum 10 years of experience in design management for buildings and property developments, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. -Proven track record in managing design for high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or institutional buildings. -Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
