Facilitate the development of strategic action plans for the key 3-4 specific activities determined to drive the highest impact on the Inspection business. Establish a Sales Lead Incentive and Upsell goal per Supervisor / Inspector, with monthly progress updates.
Facilitate all on-boarding activities for any new service employees. Assign formal mentor and develop a written plan with measurable goals and timeline.
Facilitate management of inventory process through regular, truck inventory management and monthly cycle counts.
Increase Inspection Department tasks per day to adhere to company expectation.
Ensure that the budget, forecasting and margin expectations for ACE Inspection business are being met.
Work with Service Manager and CCR’s to continue the Top 100 Customer Visit program, utilizing both the district service team as well as the district sales team. Work with Service Manager to utilize the customer cancellation process within your district, driving to achieve a Retention Rate of greater than 92%.
Develop and implement Personal Development Plans with Service Manager for all employees. All employees will be granted performance reviews to discuss YTD behavioral and performance goals.
Be involved with any Inspection Department AR dispute issues.
Emphasize safety daily for all Inspection Department employees. Ensure all required programs are completed in a timely fashion.
Conduct regular follow up meetings to confirm compliance and achievement of plans.
Work with Deficiency Sales Team to deliver conversions and grow T&M
Work with the technicians to review daily work of Inspection Department to understand what was completed, which calls were left open and why, as well as a review of long-term inspections to ensure they are on target with the completion date. Review of the current day’s schedule.
Promote MDQ program and on the spot repairs if applicable and approved.
Manage field productivity through clearly defined processes and procedures. Require field supervisors to develop a business rhythm using measurable metrics evaluate performance.

Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Willing to travel out of town a required by the position.
Associate degree preferably in a business or engineering discipline or equivalent experience
Three (3) years in the Fire & Safety industry.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of local and national fire code requirements.
Able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.
