Tasks
-Convert enquiries into qualified viewings, reservations, and completions, consistently achieving sales targets. -Uphold RVGs values, promoting a culture of community, care, and excellence. -Support marketing events, open days, and local networking to raise awareness and drive interest. -Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. -Deliver outstanding customer care, acting as the single point of contact for all prospects. -Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, helping them make positive choices about their next chapter. -Take full ownership of sales activity for the development - from lead management to completion. -Collaborate with the Village Manager and wider team to ensure smooth handovers and an exceptional move-in experience.
