Tasks

-To ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular, our following our HACCP system -Complete other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department. -Be responsible for the food preparation and service in line with HACCP / Food Hygiene procedures -Provide excellent customer service -Maintain a clean and safe working environment, deep clean duties -Ensure all work areas is clean and tidy -Ensure Stock rotation

What You Bring
