-Support project handoff to PMs and schedules. -Build proposals and interface with GCs/owners/engineers. -Mentor junior staff and maintain vendor/client relations. -Review drawings/specs, perform takeoffs & cost breakdowns. -Prepare accurate structural & misc steel estimates. -Negotiate vendor/sub pricing and optimize costs.

🏗️ Steel Estimator – Structural & Miscellaneous Steel We’re seeking an experienced Steel Estimator to join a premier AISC-certified fabricator/erector in the Southeast. You’ll prepare accurate estimates for structural and miscellaneous steel projects — supporting bids, proposals, and client relationships that drive business growth. -Strong communicator and collaborator with client-facing ability. -HSA & EAP programs -5+ years’ steel estimating experience (structural & misc). -Strong math/analytical skills, accuracy under deadlines. -Background in industrial & commercial steel construction. -Skilled in Bluebeam, Tekla EPM, PowerFab (or similar software).
