Tasks

-Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring -Help your team. Work on controls drawings, assist with programming, review submittals, perform point-to-point checks, and help develop possible control strategies and solutions -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices

What You Bring

-Learn as much as you can about HVAC, plumbing, controls, and mechanical contracting -Very adaptable -An in-progress or completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field -A natural love of problem-solving, logic, and learning new things -Empowering yourself to learn how to do things. If you need a ton of handholding or a micro-manager boss, this is not the place for you -A strong communicator
