Tasks

-Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with specifications. -Lubricate and perform breakdown maintenance and scheduled repairs of mixer trucks and other equipment as required to achieve optimum performance. -Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment to diagnose problems. -Ensure that all equipment repairs are performed accurately to the manufacturer standards.

What You Bring

-Demonstrates technical proficiency with transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, and other components on mixer trucks -Holds a valid provincial or Red Seal Journeyman certification; CVIP license is considered an asset -Understands DOT inspection requirements and adheres to formal maintenance programs -Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks including lifting, kneeling, working at heights and in confined spaces -Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools for documentation and diagnostics
