The Role

Overview

Manage equipment rentals, personnel charges, and sales orders via IFS for regional projects.

Tasks

-Assist the hire controller in raising the preliminary invoices prior to the monthly invoice meetings. -Attend regional monthly invoice meetings. -Assist in updating ongoing rentals to mirror shipping, operational, standby periods and off-hires. -Assist in following up for PO’s from the clients. -Ensure the initial PO matches the terms and conditions of the contract and request revisions if needed. -Assist in the management of the rental trigger points for equipment and personnel from the contract. -Follow up on personnel timesheets with the operations team. -Coordinate with ops manager on equipment availability and assign to the project on IFS. -Assist the operations team when required and vacation cover. -Assist in preparing all relevant back-up documentation to be submitted to the invoicing team for accurate submission at months end. -Prepare and send out equipment timesheets and so the hire controller can ensure IFS matches the signed timesheets.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. -Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. -KSA driving license with own car. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under own initiative. -Basic accountancy or bookkeeping.
