The Role
Overview
Admin support for renewables ops: calendars, expenses, documents, and client service.

Tasks
-Assist in travel arrangements for employees -May support with data entry in various systems (i.e. Salesforce) -Complete Monthly Expense Reports for designated leaders -Maintain inventory and order office supplies, equipment and the Company forms -Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company's Zero Injury principles -Use UPS Online WorldShip, Fed Ex and other carriers if necessary to send out all packages -May assist with various committees (Belief Builders, United Way, etc.) -May assist in coverage for Office Coordinator as needed -Support with verification of data accuracy in various systems -Order, copy and return plans -May assist in sending out holiday gift cards and gifts -May create and maintain distribution lists -Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents -May coordinate offsite meetings -Assist in creation and management of organizational charts -May address and ship project plans and documents -Know where/how to locate all personnel in the office/shop/field -Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients -Assist in assessment and maintenance of memberships and associations -Manage SharePoint and Outlook calendars for designated leaders -Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner -Assist in site signage coordination -Back-up in assisting Executive team as needed -Assist with special projects as needed or requested from HR, AP, PM’s, etc.

-Ability to meet deadlines -This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises -Effective communication skills in written, oral or diagram form -Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization -Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records -Strong organization and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously -Minimum of 2 years of experience in office support or administrative roles -Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) required
