Tasks

-Prepare and oversee the preparations of air quality permit applications, including PSD and Title V -Travel to clients’ facilities for inspections and document review -Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region -Work with clients from a variety of industries in various locations inside and outside of the United States -Review State, Federal, and Local regulations for applicability determinations and compliance tasking, keeping up with the development of new regulations and potential impacts to clients -Provide compliance assistance for clients including data management, document review, and development of compliance tools

What You Bring

-Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related scientific field required -Understanding of industrial operations and combustion equipment -Experience with oil and gas, power generation, mining, or ports -Knowledge of local and federal environmental regulations, such as Title V, PSD, GHG Reporting, NSPS, NESHAP, RMP -Experience with air compliance and permitting -10+ years of hands-on related work experience -Experience with technical writing -Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills -Prior consulting or industry experience -Possess valid driver’s license -Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software -Willing to travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel -Experience with reporting programs such as air emissions inventory, greenhouse gases, annual/semi-annual air permit reports, annual air compliance certifications, monthly air permit reports
