Tasks

-Support operations and finance teams with purchase orders and billing input into client systems, while ensuring invoices are raised correctly. -Manage subcontractor onboarding by issuing PQQ questionnaires, facilitating their return for internal checks, and ensuring proper setup on internal systems. -Ensure all data is correctly inputted across systems and support the smooth flow of commercial information. -Hold review meetings with planners and project managers to assess WIP (Work in Progress), provide reports on outstanding items, and help resolve related queries. -Chase payment approvals once processed and reconcile monthly remittances to maintain financial accuracy. -Run weekly and monthly reports, assist with data analysis, and maintain internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
