Tasks

-Lead geotechnical design teams and projects, guiding delivery from options analysis through to detailed design across Queensland and the broader ANZ region. -Collaborate within a global network, engaging with AECOM’s international technical practice group, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong client relationships across all project stages. -Support team growth and development, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. -Manage and deliver complex ground engineering and investigation programs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary and site teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

What You Bring

-Strong project management capability, with proven experience delivering complex ground engineering, dam, or major investigation programs on time and within scope. -Background in design consultancy, with technical understanding and the ability to manage project delivery requirements effectively. -Relevant tertiary qualifications & CPEng / RPEQ (or working towards accreditation). -Passion for client service and collaboration, supported by excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
