Tasks

-Maintain accurate records of work completed. -Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. -Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations., Escort Sub-contractors whilst on-site. -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. -Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.

What You Bring

-Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills. -Full UK Driving Licence required. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proven experience in M&E engineering (electrical and mechanical systems). -Experience in facilities management or building services. -Must NOT be colour blind – driving within the sites demands full colour vision for safety and compliance. -NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. -Strong communication and organisational skills. -DV Clearance is mandatory
