Tasks
-Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses. -Clearly understand the timeliness required for decision making, submission of RFIs, and documentation of all verbal conversations or agreements. -Plan and execute project completion and punch list. -Research and compile submittals; pricing change orders and prepare estimates for partially designed projects by finishing the design and preparing a complete project estimate. -Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. -Communicate with people outside the Company, representing the Company to customers, the public, the government, and general contractor representatives. -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Identify change orders and ensuring effective resolution. -Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize, and accomplish your work. -Price, track and manage change orders. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Maintain as-builts as work is completed. Document project issues/conditions. -Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project. -Read and interpret blue prints and project specifications. -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

What You Bring
-Related Construction experience with five years' working for an electrical or construction contractor. -BS in Engineering (Preferred EE or Industry related degree) with 5+ years of experience. -Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling Experience and proficiency (or equivalent). -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. -Ability and Willingness to Travel to project locations as needed. -Experience with CPM Scheduling -Proven ability to effectively plan and organize one's own activities or the activities of others. -Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. -Proficiency with Computers including MS Office, Blue Beam, and PDF. -Experience working on construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M. -Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects. -Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver. -Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. -Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals. -Accubid Estimating (Or equivalent) directly related to Electrical Installations. -Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
