Tasks

-Representing United Utilities at industry forums focused on technical skills and development -Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify current and future training needs -Designing and managing competence frameworks and assessment programmes to meet the technical skills requirements of our operational roles -Leading a team of Technical Training Specialists to deliver high impact, technical learning solutions -Driving continuous improvement through data analysis, evaluation and innovation -Managing relationships with external training providers to ensure quality, consistency and value for money

What You Bring

-A commercial mindset and the ability to assess ROI and training impact -Familiarity with regulated industries and mandatory training frameworks (water sector experience not required) -Qualifications such as PTLLS, TAQA, NEBOSH or equivalent or relevant operational/technical experience -Experience managing L&D teams in industrial or technical environments -Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
