Tasks

-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum. -Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents and contractors. -Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. -Serve as a mentor to junior staff and contribute to team development. -Oversee complex to highly complex projects with multiple scopes and disciplines. -Lead and manage all construction activities to meet project specifications, budget, and schedule.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of project specifications and ability to identify field deviations. -20+ years of construction experience, including leadership roles on large-scale projects. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile devices (iPad or handheld), and project management software. -Experience with PlanGrid and VDC applications is highly desirable. -Experience in Design/Build environments. -Discipline-specific expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Piping/Plumbing, Automation, or I&C. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. -Expertise in Lean Construction Tools for scheduling, sequencing, and constructability. -Proven success managing mid to large-sized construction projects. -Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
