Multi‑trade maintenance technician performing repairs & upkeep on new & existing homes.

Tasks

-Complete high-quality remedial and maintenance works in void and occupied properties. -Escalate issues, FoW's or risks to the appropriate team member. -Groundworks paving, fencing, drainage, -Plan and allocate work efficiently to meet customer needs. -Assist Schedulers and Direct Repairs Manager with remedial works as required. -Plastering walls, ceilings, patch repairs -Adhere to Health & Safety protocols before undertaking tasks. -Ensure customer/sales schedule of works is completed on time. -Painting & Decorating internal and external finishes

What You Bring

-Ability to organise and prioritise effectively -Glazing window repairs, DGU replacement -Excellent written and verbal communication skills engaging with customers, suppliers, partners. -Flooring vinyl, laminate, carpets -Flexible to work overtime/weekends/emergency call outs if required -Resilient personality and able to maintain a professional image in a customer facing role -Tiling wall and floor tiles, grouting, sealing -Previous experience as a multi-trade maintenance technician in a customer facing environment -Carpentry & Joinery doors, windows, frames, skirting, flooring -Roofing tiles, gutters, downpipes -Plumbing sinks, toilets, baths, pipework, drainage -Good practical experience within all aspects of the building industry -Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team -Electrical (Basic) sockets, lighting -Bricklaying & Masonry walls, pointing, structural repairs
